Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market)

Role Overview

The Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market) enables testing involving one or more functions and project teams with close engagement with PMs, SMEs, and all business stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with PMs to define testing strategy, plans, schedules, and critical testing deliverables.

What You Will Do

The role involves conducting regular core project testing review calls, providing project testing dashboard reporting, and communicating project testing progress, escalations, and performing issues analysis to project manager and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• Able to commit for a 6 months or longer full-time internship
• Some experience in project planning tools and software packages
• Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills
• Strong change management and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively communicate project test plans, proposals, and results
• Some experience in coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing
• Organized and good understanding of Agile methodology and versions control
• Strong collaboration skill with peers, cross functional teams, and project teams
