Microsoft Development Center Norway (MDCN) is looking for a talented Data Scientist to work on solving complex problems and delivering insights that drive innovation. The role involves working on some of the world’s largest and most advanced services, leveraging data to improve user experiences and drive measurable impact at global scale.
What You Will Do
As a Data Scientist, you will apply data analysis, AI, and modelling techniques to understand user behaviour, identify opportunities, and inform product improvements. You will also write robust, reusable, and extensible code to support analysis, modelling, and operationalization at scale.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- Software engineering experience covering software engineering best practices
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
