Role Overview
The GTM Activation Manager for AI Business Solutions will be a business leader responsible for connecting strategy with field execution and measurable business outcomes. They will work closely with Sales, Solution, Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities and execution gaps and translate them into focused GTM activation actions.
What You Will Do
The role will involve working with Sales Units to drive GTM for aligned AI Business Solution conversations and execution motions, leading Sales Activation to land and champion conversations, collaborating with the partner team for partner-led marketing strategies, and advocating as the voice of the Customer, Partners, and Field.

Requirements
- Significant experience in go-to-market, business planning, sales enablement, business development, marketing strategy, technical pre-sales or a related commercial role
- Experience translating strategy and data into executable business actions
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across organisational boundaries
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-moving and highly matrixed environment
- Strong analytical capability combined with commercial judgement
