Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team in Frederick, MD. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will engage with clients one-on-one to deliver outstanding consultation excellence and work alongside clinic leadership to achieve sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What You Will Do
Drive sales, conduct personalized consultations, collaborate with the team to engage current clients, and build lasting relationships with clients. Perform operational duties such as scheduling appointments, communicating with clients, and maintaining client records.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of work experience
- Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment

- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
- Ability to use a computer and sales software
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
