Performance Marketing Analyst

Role Overview

The Performance Marketing Analyst plays a key role in driving client acquisition and revenue growth through the management, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns. In this role, you’ll manage campaigns across multiple platforms, evaluate performance, test new ideas, and help shape strategies that drive measurable business results.

What You Will Do

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms, track key performance metrics, and implement real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency and growth outcomes. Analyze paid media performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital media, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience
• Strong experience with paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Reddit
• Familiarity with platforms such as Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads, Search Ads 360 (SA360), and Google Analytics is preferred
• Experience managing lead generation campaigns is a plus
• A curious, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Confidence communicating campaign performance, recommendations, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
