Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager at Artsy Couture. We’re a close-knit, hands-on team that values creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new B2B opportunities while also supporting and growing our existing client base.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales, Business Development, or a closely related role — B2B experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in building a pipeline and closing new business, not just maintaining inherited accounts
- Experience working across both online and in-store retail sales environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM; comfortable analyzing data and building reports in Google Sheets
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including occasional short-notice trips and some international trips
- BA or BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Economics, Journalism, or a related field
