As Deal Desk Manager at Mimica, you will own the coordination and execution of complex enterprise deal processes, partnering across Sales, Finance, Legal, and InfoSec to help accelerate deal velocity while ensuring rigor, alignment, and sound commercial judgment.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Contracts Management, Sales Operations, or related roles within B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience supporting complex, negotiated enterprise deals involving customized commercial terms and contract workflows
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, enterprise procurement processes, and contract mechanics
- Experience coordinating cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, Legal, and security or compliance stakeholders
- Strong judgment, prioritization, and project management skills in fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups
