Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager – Sports to spearhead our efforts in expanding market presence and maximizing sales opportunities.

What You Will Do

Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth in the sports items segment, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, conduct market research, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, and monitor sales performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing or qualification in CIM/SLIM or any post graduate diploma equal to this
  • Minimum 05 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, out of which minimum 02 years of experience at a managerial level
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A proactive, result-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry will be an advantage
