Role Overview

Join a People Operations team with a clear ambition to move from a predominantly administrative function to a true business partner. As Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be the functional expert and operational backbone of the team, owning France payroll governance, HRIS excellence, and People analytics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HRIS, or Payroll Operations
  • Strong expertise in French payroll processes and personnel administration
  • Advanced proficiency in HR tools and data: HRIS, Excel/Google Sheets, reporting tools
  • Experience managing HR projects, ideally in an international environment
  • Professional-level English (C1 level required)
  • Autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-moving environment
  • Service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
  • Genuine interest in automation, no-code tools, and continuous improvement
