Regional Lead – Revenue Operations & Project Lifecycle

Role Overview

The Regional Lead will lead the operational execution and ongoing evolution of Oliver Wyman Europe’s end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects move efficiently from setup through invoicing and cash collection with strong governance, commercial accuracy, and operational excellence.

What You Will Do

The Regional Lead will combine people leadership with hands-on operational expertise, leading the Europe Project Setup team while acting as the senior escalation point for complex project lifecycle matters. They will simplify processes, strengthen revenue operations, and drive the adoption of AI, automation, and ERP capabilities to improve efficiency and enhance the Partner and colleague experience.

Requirements

• Experience in a senior project lifecycle management, revenue control, or finance operations leadership role within a professional services environment.
• Deep understanding of work in progress, billing, and revenue recognition practices.
• Commercial judgement and the ability to interpret complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders and Partners.
• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, or commercial outcomes.
• Experience analysing complex operational or financial information and communicating recommendations to stakeholders across international teams.
