An opportunity has arisen for a highly capable, hands-on professional to optimise business operations, implement AI-enabled solutions and establish efficient systems and processes to support organisational growth.

What You Will Do

You will lead a practical operational transformation project, leveraging your advanced AI capabilities to design and implement smarter, more efficient ways of working. Key responsibilities include reviewing and mapping operational processes, designing and implementing AI agents and automated workflows, and establishing efficient systems for managing information and coordinating projects.

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager, Operational Transformation Consultant or Business Improvement Specialist
• Advanced, hands-on expertise in AI and automation
• Highly proficient AI practitioner with demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI agents, automated workflows and practical solutions
• Intellectually agile, resourceful and solutions-focused
• Experience in a start-up, family office, consulting or similarly fast-moving environment
