Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in managing the operation of designated filling stations, maximizing business results, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing teams, analyzing performance, and implementing strategies to improve results.

Responsible for business results, managing filling stations, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue and profitability. Analyze performance, identify development opportunities, and take measures to improve results.

We expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or corporate sales, and experience in managing teams. Strong business acumen, leadership, and change management skills are required.
