MonetizeMore is a culture-centric organization that builds industry-leading ad technology. The Performance Marketing Partner will leverage AI tools and semi-automated workflows to manage a vast portfolio of sites, optimize paid traffic campaigns, and maximize revenue.
What You Will Do
The Performance Marketing Partner will take full ownership of the on-site experience, tweak layouts and navigation to maximize yield from display ads, affiliate offers, and RSOC feeds, and aggressively scale winning campaigns.

Requirements
- Paid Traffic Operations: Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads is essential.
- Yield & Session Optimization: Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS.
- AI-Augmented Content Workflows: Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools to generate SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human in the loop workflows.
