Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

Join our analytics org within the Executive Insights team to synthesize revenue and operational data, drive alignment on business performance narratives, and drive company-wide transparency and data democratization.

What You Will Do

Work closely with partner teams to drive alignment, transparency, and data democratization for company key metrics, and empower MongoDB’s executive team to make data-informed decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in an analyst, data, or BI role with meaningful ownership of key business metrics reporting
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable writing and optimizing queries against large-scale warehouses (Trino, BigQuery, or similar)
• Working proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, or analysis
• Hands-on Tableau or similar BI tool experience
• Experience with agent-driven development practices
• Experience working with consumption-based or usage-based revenue data (subscription, metered billing, or usage analytics a strong plus)
• Nice-to-have: exposure to analytics engineering practices (dbt, data modeling, testing frameworks)
