Role Overview
Monotype is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing Americas Sales team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of existing enterprise clients—building deep relationships, driving adoption, and identifying new revenue opportunities that help brands unlock the full potential of Monotype’s creative and technology solutions.
What You Will Do
Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, achieving and exceeding retention and expansion targets of 90%+. Develop and execute strategic account plans to uncover opportunities, increase adoption, and drive revenue growth.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 4-7 years’ proven experience in account management, sales, or customer growth within SaaS, digital media, or technology environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of CRM technology required, experience with Salesforce is preferred
