MOO is seeking a motivated and ambitious Account Executive to onboard and inspire new business clients in the UK, Europe, and further afield. The role involves introducing clients to MOO’s service, design, and product offerings, leveraging sales skills to make recommendations, and working closely with the Design Services and Customer Success teams to provide a smooth on-boarding experience.
Requirements
- Serve as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design, and product offerings
- Leverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value driven proposals
- Leverage moderate to advanced qualifying skills to access the level of an opportunity and make strong recommendations and accurate forecasting assumptions
- Onboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or the Customer Success team
- Maintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their business
