Role Overview

The Sales Operations Associate will provide global support for regional demand generation teams worldwide, focusing on identifying and delivering on new projects to help business development team members get more done with less work.

Maintain data integrity, administer marketing automation tools and contact data, and implement efficient project management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ideally Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Interest in the financial services industry
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent quantitative skills with a desire to analyze everything
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s Degree
