Regional Sales Director

Role Overview

Join a team of data-driven sales professionals promoting and selling Morningstar Managed Portfolios to financial advisors. Represent the Morningstar brand and its capabilities, capital market insights, and investment solutions. Drive sales results with a target market of financial advisors in your respective region.

What You Will Do

Drive sales results, establish and cultivate relationships with existing advisors, conduct meetings to promote the Morningstar Platform and Managed Portfolios, and follow up on leads with internal sales consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years related industry experience
• Passion for relationship building and demonstrated ability to successfully market investment products to financial advisor community
• Strong ability to understand and evaluate a financial advisor’s practice
• Ability to work independently as well as in concert with an internal sales counterpart
• Strong interest and ability to explain portfolio management concepts
• Ability to work in a team environment and own issues as they arise
