Role Overview

What You Will Do

Identify and develop relationships within strategically targeted manufacturing accounts, conduct account research, contact development, and buying center mapping to uncover growth opportunities, execute outbound prospecting activities, and analyze market data to identify opportunities and trends.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machine tools, automation, or technical sales environments a plus
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and in person
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable using CRM systems, prospecting platforms, and market intelligence tools
• Technical curiosity and aptitude to learn manufacturing technologies and applications
• Data-driven thinker with a collaborative, resilient, and customer-focused mindset
