We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager MICE to drive revenue growth through the development and management of the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) business area.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of verifiable sales experience in the MICE industry or related event and hospitality sector.
- Proven success record in consistently achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the MICE market, including conferences, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, as well as the ability to manage complex deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; knowledge of German is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a diverse customer base.
- Experience in team leadership and performance management.
- Highly developed analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Safe handling of the Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing platforms.
- Willingness to travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
