Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function at Motive, supporting the Accounting, Control and Governance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You will play a critical role in creating and delivering changes to establish and strengthen the business.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include creating and delivering financial reports, managing sales commissions accounting and payments, and owning the planning and forecasting cycle. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the health of bookings, backlog, and book-to-bill.

Requirements
- Accounting Qualification (CPA or similar)
- Experience of multiple entities / countries / currencies within a Group organization
- Understanding of project accounting and software accounting concepts
- Strong on use of accounting/ERP software, comfortable with Microsoft Office tools
Benefits
- Salary: 80k-105K
- Must be eligible to work in the country identified as the employment location
