Reporting to the North American Sales Director, this hybrid Account and Business Development Manager role is a high-impact position designed for a dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated professional. As a key contributor to Calipsa’s growth, you will leverage your expertise in video security and surveillance to cultivate deep client relationships and aggressively expand our market presence.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video surveillance, analytics, or physical security technologies
  • Mastery of the enterprise SaaS sales process
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical solutions as compelling value propositions
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance KPIs and revenue targets
