At Motorola Solutions, we are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead growth and drive ecosystem-wide adoption across our emerging Drone and Counter Drone Portfolio. This role will drive strategic ecosystem partnerships with BRINC and SkySafe, while coordinating across Motorola’s Video, Software, and Land Mobile Radio (LMR) organizations.
Requirements
- Drive Motorola Solutions’ strategic ecosystem partnerships with BRINC and SkySafe
- Lead and orchestrate sophisticated enterprise platform-based selling motions
- Build and manage strong, collaborative go-to-market execution plans with key industry partners
- Coordinate cross-functionally across the Motorola Software Video and Land Mobile Radio Teams
- Cultivate and expand deep enterprise relationships with senior stakeholders across public safety agencies and critical infrastructure environments
- Master the positioning of the Drone and Counter Drone Portfolio
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Develop and execute an impactful account strategy to accelerate pipeline creation and market penetration across the West Region
- Maintain accuracy within Salesforce and forecast accuracy with a working knowledge of CPQ
- Deliver highly confident, clear, and human-centric presentations to multi-stakeholder purchasing committees and executive leadership panels
- Manage multi-stakeholder coordination to successfully navigate complex, matrixed business environments and align diverse partner teams toward a singular sales objective
