Role Overview
We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced outside sales manager to join our growing team and take charge of expanding our customer base. This role requires someone with a strategic mind, a relentless work ethic, a constant desire for growth, and the ability to build a high-performing B2C field sales team, leading from the front.
What You Will Do
Oversee the field sales team, meet and exceed sales targets, develop and execute strategic plans, maximize sales efforts, and build rapport with customers.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ prior Outside Sales Leadership or similar experience
- Prior managerial background and ability to motivate, develop and coach a field sales team
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Benefits
- On-Target Earnings: $120,000 + annually
- Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000
