Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Go to Market Management, Datacenter will drive strategic business development to accelerate Cloud growth across Asia. The role requires close cooperation with the Asia leadership team, Field Sales, and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions to ensure services and features of the local Datacenter are aligned with customers’ mid-long term onboarding and services adoption.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include building a multi-year growth plan, working closely with the Region and Area Leadership Team, and driving sufficient pipeline for anchor tenant customers. The role also involves identifying key features, ensuring pipeline coverage, and building business cases for Datacenter expansions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field
• 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• 5+ years of industry experience in cloud network topologies/design and related hyperscale datacenter network architecture/infrastructure
• 5+ years of operational experience in managing critical environments within enterprise/hyperscale datacenters
• 5+ years of experience with any combination of the following: drive marketing and partner programs; product marketing; business planning; product management; customer and market analysis; Go-to-Market strategy and execution; competitive market analysis and positioning; organize and drive product roadmaps; develop insights from market research; sales enablement and field support; build and execute marketing plans and strategies; or related
