Product Operations Rating Analyst

Role Overview

Provide technical support and expert knowledge of Earnix, Guidewire, and related systems to implement rate changes and product enhancements. Develop business-driven methods to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. Lead Guidewire/Earnix product and rating configuration.

What You Will Do

Configure and maintain Earnix and related business requirements, perform research on recurring errors, and provide subject matter expertise on project work involving pricing and product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to express complex technical concepts. Experience with Earnix, Guidewire, and rating engine software is required.
