Business Development Manager

Mustang Cat is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow generator and power-generation business across Texas. The role involves developing strategies to expand sales, identifying new customers, and building relationships with industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in power generation and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation, standby generators, CHP, microgrids, or related power solutions
• Solid understanding of generator sizing, controls, switchgear, and power-distribution infrastructure
• Proven success in business development or technical sales in the power-generation sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel throughout Texas
