Rental Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview

Mustang Cat is hiring a Rental Inside Sales Representative to support customers across the construction, industrial, and infrastructure industries. In this role, you’ll help customers identify the right heavy equipment rental solutions while managing rental orders from inquiry to invoice.

What You Will Do

As a Rental Inside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for rental customers while supporting branch operations, outside sales, dispatch coordination, and rental order management. Responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for rental customers, assisting customers in selecting the right construction and heavy equipment rental solutions, and managing rental contracts and billing activities.

Requirements

• College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with construction equipment applications
