Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

The Marketing Automation Specialist supports the execution of the firm’s digital marketing campaigns through the creation of emails, forms, landing pages, and reports. This role will work closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure the technical set up for event invitations, thought leadership, and other content that is promoted through email aligns with the business objectives.

What You Will Do

Create and execute email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and forms within Eloqua, perform thorough quality assurance reviews of email campaigns, monitor scheduled and active campaigns, and troubleshoot campaign, audience, data, email, form, and platform issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least five (5) years of related work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/WordPress
• Knowledge of lead management best practices and performance reporting
• Knowledge of governmental compliance policies and regulations (GDPR, DPIA, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
• Strong ability to learn complex software solutions
• Strong and concise written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong time management, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to function effectively both independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
