Role Overview
The Sales Manager will drive room sales and event bookings, develop new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships to maximise Nanyang Executive Centre’s revenue and occupancy.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include establishing and executing sales plans, prioritising NTU’s educational and institutional needs, developing strategies to drive room sales, and building and maintaining strong relationships with internal NTU stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Capable of dealing skilfully with new environment, new or difficult situations and overcoming challenges creatively
- Adaptability and agility
- Strong relationship-building/management and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
