Role Overview

The Director of Product Marketing & Sales Enablement will shape how Zenith genomics is positioned, explained, and adopted in the rare disease market. This leader will own the work that turns strategy into field results, how our value is told, what the sales team carries into the room, how well the field is trained, and how quickly a new account moves from first conversation to routine ordering.

What You Will Do

The ideal candidate will be responsible for product marketing & messaging, collateral & content, competitive intelligence, evidence integration, launch support, sales enablement & customer adoption, field enablement, customer adoption journey, sales interface, market access pull-through, segmentation & targeting, performance tracking, and sales operations liaison.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing; MBA, MPH, or advanced scientific degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of commercial experience in diagnostics, genomics, or life sciences, including product marketing, sales enablement, commercial strategy, or sales operations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or leading product launches in a complex clinical diagnostics or specialty setting.
  • Experience in genomics, rare disease, or precision diagnostics strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering directly with a field sales organization, including training, tools, and CRM / analytics.
  • Experience managing or developing a team is a plus.
