Design, build, and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, agent productivity, pipeline health, and other core metrics. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Success in this role means sales leaders trust your insights, come to you with open-ended business questions, and treat you as a thought partner rather than just a report-builder.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
  • Strong proficiency in BI/dashboarding tools (Experience with Sigma strongly preferred)

  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Holidays, Volunteer Time Off, Sick Days, and Vacation
  • 12 weeks Paid Parental Leave
  • Pre-tax Transit Benefits
