Requirements
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Financial Services accounts
- Build and maintain C-level relationships within enterprise organisations
- Identify, qualify, and close complex consulting and technology services opportunities
- Lead end-to-end sales pursuits, including proposals, commercials, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to create tailored client solutions
- Drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets
- Stay across market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the FS sector
- Proven success selling technology consulting or IT services
- Strong Financial Services network across Banking, Insurance, or Wealth
- Commercially sharp with strong stakeholder management skills
- Passion for technology-led business transformation
- A proactive, energetic, and highly motivated sales mindset
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-shaping capability
