Requirements
- Track record as an individual contributor in a BDR or SDR function
- 2+ years of lead, supervisory, or direct management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Salesforce skills and comfort with sales data and dashboards
- Formal sales methodology training — MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar
