Role Overview
As a Solution Engineer, you will serve as the primary product expert and technical resource for the Neat sales teams and partner community. You will collaborate with sales and partner representatives to ensure customers understand the value of Neat’s products and design philosophy.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include supporting sales representatives in customer opportunities, overseeing technical aspects of product evaluations/proofs of concept, collecting and responding to customer feedback, and communicating product roadmap to customers and partners.

Requirements
- Native French and business level English
- Further European Language (Spanish / Italian) strongly preferred
- Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies
- Broader knowledge of unified communications and collaboration technologies
- Strong communication/presentation skills
