Account Executive – FACTS- AZ and S. CA

Nelnet Business Services provides payment technology, education services, and learning management solutions to education and faith-based organizations. As an Account Executive, you will work with clients to build strong relationships, generate revenue opportunities, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.

Requirements

  • Build positive line of communication with clients
  • Meet face to face with each client at least two times per year
  • Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions
  • Work closely with technical teams to resolve client related problems and issues
  • Actively participate in the evaluation of new product client requests
  • Facilitate timely communication with FACTS Sales and Account Managers
  • Work collaboratively with RVP Team, Account Managers, and other departments
