As an Account Executive, you will work with clients to build strong relationships, generate revenue opportunities, and exceed customer satisfaction expectations.
Requirements
- Build positive line of communication with clients
- Meet face to face with each client at least two times per year
- Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions
- Work closely with technical teams to resolve client related problems and issues
- Actively participate in the evaluation of new product client requests
- Facilitate timely communication with FACTS Sales and Account Managers
- Work collaboratively with RVP Team, Account Managers, and other departments
