The Deal Desk Manager position at Bluebeam exists to oversee and streamline the deal approval process, ensuring alignment with company policies, capabilities, and financial objectives. This role involves direct deal structuring, cross-functional coordination, compliance and risk management, process improvement, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- 4+ years working with RFPs, RFIs, creating custom deals, etc.
- BA/BS; master’s preferred
- Effective communication, written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with change
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM
- Strong data analysis using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc.
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business including the C-Suite
