Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or similar roles.
• Advanced experience in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.
• Strong management of CRM, especially Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in managing paid media campaigns and data-driven optimization.
• Strong analytical capacity, with experience in reporting and analyzing metrics.
• Experience in managing leads, conversion funnels, and nurturing strategies.
• Intermediate/Advanced English level.
