Business Development Representative Team Lead

We are seeking a Business Development Representative Team Lead to join our team at Neostella. As we continue to expand, we need strong leadership at the front lines of our sales organization to drive top-of-funnel activity and create new revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5–10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of generating leads and contributing to revenue growth
  • Experience in a SaaS or technical sales environment preferred
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
