Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Overview

NetDocuments is seeking a RevOps & Data Governance Analyst to support the global revenue organization through strong CRM data governance, recurring reporting, operational support, and process improvement.

The role involves CRM auditing & data governance, reporting & analytics, process documentation & improvement, AI & automation enablement, and operational support & collaboration.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, analytics, business operations, or a related role
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including working with and analyzing large datasets
• Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar CRM platform
• Experience performing CRM data audits, cleanup, validation, or data governance activities
• Experience creating recurring reports and dashboards using CRM, spreadsheet, or business intelligence data
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Experience documenting operational processes and maintaining structured documentation
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience using AI productivity tools to improve efficiency in day-to-day work
