The Senior Manager, Marketing Partnerships role is responsible for capturing subscriber acquisition and value through high-quality partnerships with French partners. The successful candidate will provide a critical link between Business Development, Product, Finance & Strategy and Consumer Marketing, and own the full lifecycle of marketing projects from strategy through to execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years in brand/partner/B2B marketing, ideally in entertainment, media, telco, tech or similar.
- Strong business acumen: able to link creative ideas to KPIs, interpret performance data, and make sound decisions.
- Proven experience leading co-marketing partnerships with large brands and operating as a senior, partner-facing marketer.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM and experience developing upsell, cross-sell and retention strategies is a must.
- Understanding of partner sales channels (including training and incentives) is a big plus.
- Good creative acumen with a track record of delivering effective 360° campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to clarify complex ideas and build trust with internal and external stakeholders.
- A scale-up mentality, experience building solutions from scratch and an excitement for the unknown/untested.
- Comfortable switching between strategic discussions and day-to-day campaign execution.
