Associate Data & Analytics Engineer

NFP is seeking an Associate Data & Analytics Engineer to support the buildout of our data infrastructure and analytics environment. This role involves supporting data pipelines, aggregating and cleaning data, and building dashboards. The ideal candidate has exposure to Power BI, SQL, Python, and cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related STEM field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with data pipelines, reporting workflows, or analytics dashboard
• Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Python or a similar language for data analysis or transformation
