MRI-Simmons is seeking Senior Business Analyst with analyzing complex business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations by leveraging data insights to drive organizational goals.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business operations, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement across different departments.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Utilize data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets, identifying trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive solutions, including process improvements, system enhancements, or new applications, considering cost-benefit analysis and feasibility.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, effective communication of analysis findings, recommendations, and project updates.
- Lead and oversee business analysis activities on complex projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Facilitate the transition to new processes or systems, providing training and support to end-users.

- Experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources
