Senior Growth Marketing Analyst (Paid Media)

Role Overview

The Senior Growth Marketing Analyst will lead the execution, optimization, and analysis of paid media campaigns to support the Mtrix marketing strategy in Latin America. The role will have great autonomy to propose optimizations, test new approaches, implement automation, and use Artificial Intelligence to elevate the efficiency of marketing operations.

What You Will Do

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, monitor campaign indicators, configure tracking mechanisms, develop performance dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in managing paid media campaigns, especially in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and digital measurement tools.
• Experience in building, analyzing, and presenting performance reports.
• Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, performance, and demand generation.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical capacity, with the ability to interpret data, connect indicators, and generate relevant insights for the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including experience in presenting results to different audiences.
• Ability to transform analysis into clear narratives and strategic recommendations through data-driven storytelling.
• Organization, autonomy, and prioritization capacity in dynamic environments.
• Advanced English for participation in meetings and interaction with regional stakeholders in Latin America.
