Role Overview
As the Account Manager for the Automation Team, you will be the primary customer advocate, ensuring clients receive maximum value from their engagement while serving as the main escalation point for project decisions. You will work on cutting-edge AI products, solve challenging problems, and be part of a fast-moving, high-talent team.
What You Will Do
You will lead the outreach and segmentation of existing lead flow, prepare and conduct discovery calls, evaluate client data and objectives, lead rapid validation sprints, draft Statements of Work, and manage client relationships.
