Chief of Staff, Product & Cross-Border Operations

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will coordinate cross-functional business operations and strategic initiatives across U.S.-based leadership and Taiwan-based engineering, product, and operations teams.

The Chief of Staff will develop, organize, and maintain onboarding, enablement, training, and communication materials to support employees across functions and regions.

Requirements

• Master degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three (3) years of experience in operations, sales strategy, product, or cross-border operations
• Experience working in early-stage startups and cross-border environments
• Experience leading end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience translating business requirements into structured workflows or product-related outputs
