Role Overview
Serve as the main point of contact for expatriate clients and their families, managing end-to-end relocation support and coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Handle client requests, inquiries, and escalations, maintain strong relationships with schools and relocation partners, and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, relocation services, HR, or client servicing
- Strong knowledge of expatriate services (housing, schooling, relocation processes)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach
- Fluency in English
