The Account Manager achieves business financial objectives in respective customer accounts. Responsible for customer engagement and sales case ownership.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute account plans to penetrate new areas and expand the existing footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, demonstrations, and product overviews to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable and sustainable business relationships.
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the company’s overall strategy.
