Finance Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Head of Group Accounting & Consolidation to own the group month-end close, consolidation, and technical accounting across our business. You will provide clear, timely insight into revenue, margins, and tax/VAT positions across all entities, and lead our readiness for upcoming audits.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Strong practical experience with IFRS and local GAAPs
• Hands-on experience with intercompany reconciliation and transfer pricing flows
• Proven track record leading a month-end close and consolidation process
• Solid understanding of indirect tax (VAT) and its interaction with cross-border supplies
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and modern accounting/consolidation tools
• Fluent in English and Polish; German is a plus
• Recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, Polish statutory auditor track, or equivalent)
