We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to drive the technical-commercial success of Nordex’s utility-scale wind projects, combining deep technical expertise, commercial understanding and stakeholder influence.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales or engineering roles with strong client exposure
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or similar)
- Proven experience in renewable energy (ideally wind) or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Strong track record in complex tenders, negotiations and contract discussions
- Excellent understanding of technical-commercial concepts (including cost drivers and project economics such as LCOE)
- Strong ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value propositions
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complexity
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments
